The staff were polite and well-behaved, which is the only reason this review isn’t lower. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was far from what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was average, but the bathroom had serious shortcomings — no hand soap or lotion provided, just a generic shower gel. The bathtub space used for the shower was extremely narrow and unsafe; I nearly tripped while using it. Breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety. This hotel was arranged by our tour operator, and among all the 4- and 5-star properties we stayed at during our Spain trip, this was the worst by far. Having stayed in hotels across 24 countries, I can confidently say this ranks among the least satisfactory experiences.

I stayed there for business purposes and I've been in a lot of hotels in a lot of countries across Europe for business and this was the first time I payed for the hotel coffee. And it was 2 euro for a capsule coffee, not even a brewed one. I asked them if I can pay when I check out and they said no which makes no sense. There should always be a complimentary coffee and water in the room. The room is very basic, nothing extra. They don't even have conditioner, only the shampoo/body wash together if that makes sense.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel says 4 stars but I would not give more than 2 stars. Rooms are very basic. Hotel looks old. The front desk is very rude. They do not behave like a 4 star. Difficult to get a taxi even though there is a taxi stand. Food was ok. Will not stay here again.
