Rooms are spacious even with a 3rd bed, bathroom spacious with shampoo, shower gel and lait corporal. Breakfast with plenty of options even gluten free. The receptionist not very friendly but polite. Nothing to complain.
The cleanliness of the hotel is great, bath sheets get changed on a daily basis, drinks at your expense and full set of toiletries upon arrival! Breakfast options were such a nice added bonus; both sweet and savoury options! However… 1) it wouldn’t hurt to be a bit more welcoming 2) fix your e-cards 3) at least one person who is English-speaking? 4) lovely view of an essentially landfill site
Stay anywhere but here. If you are from America, think twice or you will be disappointed. Front desk is not polite. Customers do not come first. If you are sitting in the lobby area, they will make you feel uncomfortable by the way they look at you or can pick they are talking about you, especially if you have kids. Very hot in their lobby area. They will only turn ac on only when having high end guest events. Restrooms are dark, smell bad & urine on floor. Noticed some Guest complaining of their room ac not working & they would respond someone has already looked at with not really taking care of their guest . Also, They don’t clean rooms daily
