Our room was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying our morning coffee with a view was a dream. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Whether we were enjoying a slow breakfast or a sunset dinner, the atmosphere was always relaxed and inviting. My experience at the resort was truly exceptional in every aspect. The place offers a remarkable level of cleanliness, hospitality, and tranquility. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed Al-Aali, a man of great integrity and exceptional courtesy. He stood out in every detail of the service—from the moment I arrived until I checked out—with his warm demeanor, quick responsiveness, and deep understanding of my needs. He truly left a lasting impression with his professionalism and genuine dedication to his work.

We had the greatest pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Raffles Hotel. Hands down the best hotel we have ever visited. Everything starting from arrival and checking, to bringing us to the villa, the butler service, room service stuff and villa amenities exceeded our expectations. We pay huge attention to details and we were being surprised at every step. Amazing part of our stay was private dinner I booked for my husband’s and mine double birthday. Special thanks to private chef Ni'matullah. Eventually after two nights we booked we decided to extend for one more night and I regret we could not stay longer. Absolutely best stay we ever experienced and we don’t think anything will beat it.
