Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor

This hotel property is truly an incredible experience. It’s expensive but you are paying for the attention to detail, privacy, quality of product and service. Nothing disappointed us during our stay. The staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, have what you need and are taken care of. We stayed in the historic building of the property and the rooms were gorgeous! They are spacious, well appointed and we had an incredible view overlooking the pool. Again, the staff perfected the anticipatory guest service needs and remained consistent throughout. Shout out to the server at the bar - I shamefully forget her name but she was amazing! She knew the wine menu so well, gave some recommendations and just knocked it out of the park! We certainly spent more than expected but well worth it! If anyone is worried about safety and security please do not. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable or concerned. The team go out of their way to protect their guests. Cannot recommend this place enough and hope one day to get back there. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed the heritage and history at every turn at the hotel. The dining was excellent at 1932 (and also at breakfast), and we thought the public spaces were absolutely charming, including the legendary Elephant Bar. Beautiful pool, and the spa was outstanding. Similarly, the rooms are just nice -- well-appointed, marvellously designed, and impeccably clean and tidy. Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor is an easy hotel to recommend to discerning travellers!

Not enough rooms with big beds. Tad disappointed to have had 2 nights on a separate bed from my wife while in the same room. Shopped a lot at the Raffles Gift Store!. Restaurants were lovely. Gin Experience was delightful. Front desk & the F&B staff are amazing. Never saw the GM once though. Decent location.
