Raffles Hainan

I love this resort—it has a stunning private beach, a huge swimming pool, attentive butler service, and generous room upgrades. Furthermore, I find their afternoon tea at the Long Bar absolutely delicious, with excellent service. The atmosphere of the beach BBQ & Hotpot buffet is impressive, offering a wide variety of food choices. Overall, all the staff at this resort are caring and friendly. The best among them is Darryl—he is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always responding promptly to all our requests throughout our stay. His dedication truly made our experience exceptional.

Beautiful stay! Hotel Raffles is a perfect place to stay in Hainan . It is close to the many attractions . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. As non negative Chinese speaker the hotel staffs are very gentle and helpful especially Mr.viliame , Mr.Mark , Ms.Lynn & Mr.Mren .That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Raffles again. The price performance ratio is very good. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send our friends there.
