An unforgettable experience at Raffles Makati! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Every member of the team, from the welcome staff to the butlers, went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and our one-year anniversary, and the team at Raffles made both feel incredibly special. Every detail was perfectly handled, and the atmosphere of the hotel added a real sense of luxury and calm to the whole experience. We can’t thank the staff enough and will absolutely be returning. Raffles will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Manila! Highly recommended.

We stayed at Raffles Makati to celebrate my son’s birthday, just a simple family stay, but it turned out to be extra special. From the surprise cake to the dinner and breakfast buffet (both super satisfying!), everything felt thoughtfully done. I had a truly wonderful two-night stay at Raffles Makati. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by every staff member. The doormen greeted me with kind smiles, and the front desk staff patiently and clearly explained everything I needed to know. Everyone treated me like a friend and went out of their way to assist me. One moment that really stood out was when I asked if I could borrow a power bank. Despite being busy, the staff made several calls to help — and in the end, a staff member named John (I hope I got his name right!) kindly offered me his own. I was genuinely touched by his generosity. It also meant a lot to me that the staff remembered and addressed me by name — “Ms. Lin.” That small gesture made me feel seen and valued. In my everyday life, I’m often the one taking care of others, but at Raffles, I truly felt cared for. The room was also beautifully prepared. The refreshments and tea selection were thoughtful and varied, and the sound system and charging setup made my evenings cozy and relaxing. This was a truly memorable stay, and I’ll definitely recommend Raffles Makati to my friends. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for your kindness and dedication!
