Fantastic dining experience in the main restaurant. The views are spectacular and the service could not have been any better! Rabbanil was incredibly warm and attentive, and delightful to speak with. I definitely recommend this wonderful spot!
Al qasar restaurant I had a great experience at this restaurant! The place was super clean and well-organized, which made me feel really comfortable. The staff were kind and very professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. I really appreciate how much they care about hygiene and customer service. I’ll definitely visit again!
1- The hotel is nice, the staff as well, the view was perfect. 2- I’m little disappointed from the room service as we always order some stuff such as extra tissues or ither thing bust they don’t deliver it! Once we order 3 times to get what we want. 3- Also I’m surprised that the bathroom with no bathtub although it is a panoramic suite. 4- We had no hot water in the leaving room toilet, even after calling maintenance, also the main bathroom we get hot water after few minutes keeping the water running but later they fixed it. I should not be bothered and call maintenance for only 2 night stay.
