Our family really enjoyed this hotel. The surroundings are very beautiful – the sea and the mountains. The large outdoor pool is heated. The food was delicious and varied, and the waitstaff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and lovely. We will definitely return to this hotel.
Resort that leaves you wanting in all aspects. First of all I want to say that I paid €1400 per person for 5 nights and for the price it is not worth it at all. Small and very old rooms, uncomfortable beds. Service of the staff 0 uneducated and unqualified do not know English. Food of poor quality!! Waterpark games too dangerous many children killed in the days I stayed. I do not recommend it at all!
I’m sorry to say this, but for me, it was the worst hotel in the entire Tekirova beach area. I spent my vacation there with my family, and from the very first day, I wanted to leave. It’s an extremely crowded hotel. Let me start with the hotel and the rooms: the hotel is very old and in need of renovation. The rooms as well — I had issues with the shower, as the water wouldn’t drain properly. I called the technician several times, but nothing was resolved. No one from the staff speaks English. The food was terrible, with no variety at all — the same things to eat every day. The evening entertainment activities were also very disappointing. The pool was overcrowded, it was nearly impossible to find a place to sit, and the same applied to the beach. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were dirty. The only things that were somewhat acceptable were the water park and the arcade area — and even that required an extra fee. So overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years in Turkey
