-4 star hotel, but feels like a 5 star -Great hospitality, friendly service, they always put a smile on their faces -Quiet, away from city. -Very comfortable stay. -Open carpark for cars and motorbikes . We choose bike lot infront security area hehe -The security let us use their pipe at the loading bay to wash bike -Very trusted and reliable staff -Theres swimming pool but we nvr get the chance to use -100% will recommend to my family and friends to come here

Hello everyone, I stayed for four days and three nights and this is the only interesting hotel in Kuala Terengganu near the airport, there are many restaurants around and it is easy to get to KT city. The surrounding roads are also being upgraded and other facilities at the hotel are more than adequate for departmental, company or private functions or activities. If you bring your family to bathe with children, friends are also interesting, besides that, an exercise room is also provided and others. The breakfast dishes of Terengganu cuisine are all delicious. Recommended

Overall the hotel is good like other Raia hotel around the country . My only complaint is parking for guests. Its just doesn’t make sense for hotel guests to pay far parking. If u want to park for free, u have to go right at the back and walk back from the dark parking spots
