Lovey mam was very co-operative, she always tried to make us comfortable. One suggestion don't book it online in any condition. Her direct pricing is way cheaper. Utorda beach is a gem so we wanted to stay near to it

I had stayed at the same place but without renovation in old cottages back in 2012, and it was a great experience at that time. The hospitality was warm, and everything felt comfortable, which is why I decided to book 4 rooms again in 2017 for a family reunion. Unfortunately, the experience in 2017 was completely different. The owners were rude and constantly micromanaged everything, frequently reminding us to close the doors because the AC was on. It felt like they were always watching us since they lived nearby, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make things worse, they allowed outsiders to use the swimming pool while we, the paying guests, were around. That completely ruined the sense of privacy and relaxation we had hoped for. It was disappointing, especially since my positive experience in 2012 had set high expectations. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I’m not sure if things have improved since then, but I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there’s been a serious change in how guests are treated.

The owners of the place are very very rude The lady was constantly micromanaging us and kept walking around us when we were in the pool She even went as far as eavesdropping onto our conversation and chipping in with her opinions of how we should be ok with the dirty pool because guests usually bring in the sand …and mind you this was when we had just entered the pool and when we told her directly tht we were talking amongst ourselves she told us not to back bitching(word used by her not us…to which her husband also came and blamed us that we were being rude …funny because we weren’t the ones that started any conversation with her ) about her and to not get into the pool if we don’t want to …to which we told her tht she cannot be disrespectful and but she was hell bent on grumbling around us constantly…she even went as far as involving her husband who called us up and had the most baseless argument with us claiming that his wife can never be rude because she doesn’t have the reason to ..but seeing all the reviews here ..it’s very obvious that this is her usual behaviour…right when we entered she told us tht the geysers were not working of one room and said anyway u guys won’t be having hot water bath (only one person said they won’t use the geyser) and she assumed all 6 won’t need hot water …she was very rude from the beginning but we thought we shouldn’t ruin the mood because we rarely get holidays …the pool is dirty the rooms are mediocre and the washrooms are dirty too …there are flies in the water and floating tile debris and also there are dogs that come and cause ruckus in the night because they dig through bags for food …over all if I could I’d give this place a -1/10 because the owners have horrible manners and the over all place is very very mediocre I’d say save ur money and book somewhere else if you would want a peaceful experience
