Excellent stay! I had a fantastic experience at Hampton by Hilton London City. The location is ideal—just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station and close to my office, which made it super convenient. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in smooth and efficient. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of hot and cold options, perfect for starting the day. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with all the essentials you’d expect from a Hilton brand. Highly recommend if you're visiting London for business or leisure!
Great location, friendly staff, clean and classy rooms, and amazing breakfast. I’ve stayed here a few times and they do not disappoint. Get to breakfast early because others crowded quickly. They have a secure room to store your luggage if you arrive early. Plus, the lobby is huge and doubles as a great lounge space if you need to work or wait before check-in (or escape the rain). The location is 2-3 minutes from the District Line, which makes travel a breeze. There are several amazing restaurants nearby and of course, this place is right at the entrance of Brick Lane.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and come with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the underground station, with a Tesco Express around the corner and several restaurants nearby. Spitalfields Market is also within walking distance, which is great if you’re looking for more affordable food options. The main downside for us was the breakfast. Many of the items seemed low-quality and lacked flavor – the sausages and scrambled eggs were quite bland, and even the freshly made waffles didn’t have much taste. Another issue was the air conditioning in one of the rooms. We couldn’t adjust the settings as it appeared to be locked. When we contacted reception, they said they could change it for us, but when I asked about making adjustments later, even in the middle of the night, the call was abruptly ended. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location made it a good base for exploring the city.
