Raisson A Hotel104 Khan Shatyr

I stayed there for 2 nights for business and everything was exceptional! Hotel itself is amazing, but service is what impressed me! Front desk girl Samal was absolutely the best, she was open the call the taxi for me and colleagues, and as we didn’t have a cash or Kaspi card, she managed to help us with that too! Brilliant!

First of all this hotel is old and you could easily see the aging. Got upgraded to a suite as i'm a VIP member which was huge ! The room was nice and the bathrooms were premium. Breakfast was nothing too special but got the job done but i think it needs more attention from the management. Location wise it's not too far from the centre and it's right by the river which is a plus. Would say it's worth staying in but be aware of the old condition and vibe of the hotel
