Raja Villa Lombok Resort Powered by Archipelago

You could feel your body melt as you relax in this hotel, which I think competes to five star hotels. We booked the Ocean View room which was incredible, with a great view, frangipani flowers everywhere in the room, nice amenities and I love the body soap fragrance. But even if you don't book the Ocean View room, you'll still get the amazing view from the pool/restaurant area. The sun sets here, so it's a perfect place to enjoy the sunset, either on the pool area or the top deck. It also has direct access to the beach and you can visit the temple right next to it via the beach. Mind you that you cannot swim here due to the reefs and the tides. But it's a perfect place to sit and dip your toes. If you want to swim, it's minutes drive to other swimable beaches. It's also just minutes drive away to other restaurants and bar in Senggigi, and it's very easy to get a taxi there because it's close to the taxi pool. The food is also nice. For our first breakfast we had a la carte menu which was complete and way too much we had to take some upstairs. The rest of the stay we had buffet with live egg cooking and kue jajan pasar. We also had lunch here (not included) and tried the traditional Lombok soup and the pizza. Overall the staff are sweet and the customer service is helpful. I overheard them asking for our taxi driver to WhatsApp them when we arrive at the airport to make sure we safely arrive.

We only stayed for 1 night on and had to check out early to catch a flight. But the time we did spend in the hotel was really enjoyable. This is a peaceful sanctuary nestled on the seaside hill. The view of the pool overlooking the ocean is majestic - I could watch it all day. And the food at the restaurant was very good. All staff were super friendly and they even were kind enough to open the kitchen early so we could have breakfast before our early flight. Thank you!

My wife and stayed here for 7 days. The location and setting are quite beautiful...facing into the sea with a view of Bali. The pool and dining area are very welcoming and relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly and kind! Thr food is quite good, especially the breakfast sets. We had a standard ocean view room and it was a good size with a large bathroom. Overall the hotel could use some TLC but we really settled into this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
