I was shocked by the condition of the room. It looked nothing like the photos or description on your website. The room was extremely old, outdated, and dirty — including the bathroom, furniture, and bedding. It looked like something from the 1950s and was completely unhygienic. In addition, I went to the front desk and requested a room change, even offering to pay more for an upgrade. To my surprise, they refused. They told me very bluntly that “this is what we have — either take it or leave it.” There was no effort to help or offer any solution, and I was left feeling helpless and deeply frustrated. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I believe this is a clear case of false advertising and poor customer service. I kindly request that you: 1. Investigate this listing for accuracy 2. Take appropriate action against this property 3. Consider issuing a refund or compensation for this unpleasant experience
The hotel was horrible, at first when we entered it was alright, a little bit sketchy and old but it looked okay, the view is amazing but once the windows are open? You look out, bird poop- trash, used items right in front of you, clearly it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. As night came we were getting settled for bed until we saw bugs on the pillows and blanket. I didn't really think much of it because maybe a bug flew in when I opened the window? As I put my head on the pillow i feel something AGAIN. This time there wasn't just 1 insect but 6. This time I got really disgusted and worried, as I pull the pillow up there was an ARMY of them everywhere, not to mention the sides where filthy. The only thing they did was make the bed and ignored the rest. We were two in the room, me and my mother and the next morning we woke up to bites on our backs (bed bugs). Do not come to this hotel if your staying in Bangkok.
I had a very disappointing stay at Grace Hotel. The room was in terrible condition — there were stains everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Dust had clearly been piling up in the corners for a long time, which shows a serious lack of attention to cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.
