My experience at Rajhan’s Belliza was an absolute nightmare—the worst service apartment I’ve ever encountered. • AC was completely non-functional in 35°C heat. Complained 5 times – zero action. • Zero mobile network/WiFi – Felt like a prison with no way to contact the outside world. • Stained, foul-smelling bedsheets (looked unchanged from the last guest). • Black fungus on bathroom walls, chairs, sofa and a cockroach greeted me at the time of check-in. • Dust piles under the bed and sticky floors. • Reception NEVER answers calls – I had to walk 10 mins to find staff (when they bothered to show up). • No assistance with issues – just phone calls saying we are sending someone in 20 min. • No restaurants/stores within 3km – You’re trapped unless you have a car. Final Warning: This place is a health hazard, not a "service apartment." The photos online are fraudulent. I demanded a refund within 30 min of check-in, they changed my room 3 times & every room was worse than the last one, I had to check out within 1 hour of check-in & they refused to refund my 5 nights stay amount that I paid.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Don't come to this property for vacation stay, this property is not value for money. Service zero ! Room rent including tax is not worth More than 999 INR . It's oyo catagory room in Luxury elevation view. Breakfast was so so ... Poha, Idli dosa and tea coffee,,,that's it! Don't pay more than 999 for this property
Very disappointed stay, care taker was an irresponsible person, we had to wait for 45 minutes at the gate to get an access to the one month pre-booked apartment. Apartment design has good attraction.Bathroom doesn't have proper lock .Even Kitchen tap was not working .Bed and lenin are good.Towel is just okay. Food at restaurant is very tasty , we had opted room dining, but the service was very bad. At the time of checkout we had no idea to whom we had to handover the key. It was such an iresponsible role from caretaker.He was interested in making fun out of the guest .
