Rakabi The Fern is exactly what you need for a quick getaway from the city hustle. The location is excellent, right on the highway, making it super easy to reach. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. The buffet spread, both for lunch, dinner and breakfast, was simply delicious with a huge variety of options. Every dish was fresh and flavorful. The property itself is lovely, with beautiful surroundings and a clean swimming pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Rakabi The Fern to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing staycation. We'll definitely be back for another visit!

May and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the food was really good. There’s ample parking space, and the view from our room was beautiful. The hotel staff and manager were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. During our visit, some renovation work was going on, so the front desk had been temporarily shifted to a corner area. Because of this, the waiting time for both check-in and check-out was longer than expected. The only other issue we faced was the presence of quite a few mosquitoes in the buffet area, which made dining a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything else was great. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a peaceful stay.

Overall experience at this hotel was average. Only exception was the breakfast on the day of checkout. Awesome spread. I just hope they had such a great spread during dinner, breakfast had almost 5 sweet dishes and dinner had only 2 and that too bad. The buffet dinner was cold, taste was average. After checkin the service was poor, towels were not kept in the room. We had to call number of times and inform about number of towels and other stuff but service was poor. They will say it was weekend and we are sold out but that can't be excuse. We had good expectations from Fern. I won't say I was highly disappointed and it's only due to the breakfast.
