We enjoyed our stay here, however location wasn't ideal for us as took us over an hour (by car) to get to any of the main sites. The room was big and comfortable and the pool area was great! Breakfast was nice plus they gave us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early checkout.
During our stay in Thailand, the hotel provided us with all the facilities. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was really helpful. They supported us in every way. Our holiday was very nice. The hotel's rooftop pool was a little dirty, after we told them, they cleaned it carefully. The hotel manager Emanuel, constantly took care of us. He helped us to have fun. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day with great care. I thank everyone.
The hotel is located in a nicer area but still a 10 minutes walk to the main road. The building is old and there is musty smell in the room as well as hallways. The lobby is very small and there are mosquitoes in there. There is no drinking water in the lobby after 10:00 pm. My overall experience is not what I expected. If I have to go back I won't be staying in this hotel. Do your due diligence before choosing a hotel for your vacation. The hotel staff was helpful though. And I guess that is the only good thing about this hotel in my opinion.
