The Deluxe Executive Room is huge and real value for money. Clean and comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is the obnoxious Chinese tourists who speak like they're fighting and no respect of other's privacy and space
The hotel is over 30 years old. Some areas have not yet been renovated, but guests can still enjoy the pleasant atmosphere created by the mature plants and trees in the garden. The property covers a large area, making it suitable for seminars, events, and small exhibitions. There are dedicated rooms available for meetings and gatherings. The location is convenient—situated near the main road leading to the heart of Bangkok. It is also close to a hospital and wellness services. Closer at DMK airport
The staff were very unfriendly, constantly passing responsibilities back and forth between the receptionists and the concierge whenever we asked for help / have question. It felt as if the receptionists treated the concierge staff like they were also receptionists, but the concierge staff themselves were neither helpful nor friendly. He spoke while sitting down, staring at their phones, and came across as arrogant and rude toward guests. All the staff, including the receptionists, had very limited English and didn’t understand even basic phrases. However, the morning shift staff were noticeably better and more helpful compared to the night staff. The room was fairly spacious. However, during my stay, I developed a sore throat and later discovered that under the bed was full of dust and dirt. One of the biggest inconveniences was the lack of power outlets near the bed. Every time I needed to charge my phone, I had to walk quite a distance over to the desk. The building layout was confusing, and many people from the conference group kept getting lost or going the wrong way between rooms and spaces. Also, the water boiled in the kettle tasted funny — like plastic. I recommend bringing your own travel kettle if you have to stay here.
