Rama Phala Resort & Spa

The staff at Rama Phala Resort are amazing. They are so loving, caring and go out of their way every time to give outstanding service. My family and I got to know most of the staff by name and they always say hello, wave to us or make conversation. The location is wonderful, close to the shops, restaurants and the monkey forest. Once you are off the main street and walk down into the resort you feel like you are in a tropical oasis. I love the architecture. It's wonderful. It can be a bit noisy from neighbouring businesses.

Amazing service, lovely rooms and a spa well worth the prices. Only small issue with music from other venues that you can hear nearby. Wasn’t super loud tho, so didn’t bother us

Let me start positively, it is a beautiful resort where no deposit was asked, no card for electricity is needed, there is a mini bar and it is nicely located in the center. Less was that the person who brought us to the room, was only selling himself as a driver instead of explaining the room. The restaurant was barely filled in the evening, the breakfast buffet was very meager and you were allowed to order one dish from the kitchen. There was a bar at the pool but it was often not occupied and no one ever came by to ask if you wanted something to drink. The rooms were fine with a nice sitting area.
