Ramada Addis Addis Ababa

3 night business trip to Addis, easy hotel shuttle to and from the airport, the return shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and the hotel is very close to the airport. All of the staff were very friendly, I had a clean spacious room, with drinks facilities and a good steam iron and ironing board. Bathroom was clean, with a large shower. Breakfast had a big selection of International and Ethiopian food, enough choices everyone to find something they liked. The on site restaurant was good, with options to sit outside too. The gym was big, with plenty of equipment, including free weights and machines. Would definitely stay here again 😀

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the hotel's prime location—it’s perfectly situated close to Bole International Airport and convenient for getting around. The service was exceptional across the board. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth. Room service was equally excellent—quick, efficient, and with that special touch of personal attention. A big shout-out to housekeeping, too, who kept our room spotless and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff’s hospitality was the standout feature of this hotel. Every interaction we had with team members was warm and genuine, making us feel right at home. It’s clear they prioritize guest experience and customer satisfaction. The hotel also has a good brazillian steak restaurant on-site, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to cater to every taste. From fresh pastries,to hot international and local dishes, everything was flavorful and of high quality. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it’s a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I had a comfortable long-term stay at Ramada, with consistently clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was courteous and responsive throughout. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. Housekeeping was prompt and reliable. Overall, a convenient and pleasant experience for extended stays.
