Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

I recently visited Ramada and had a truly wonderful experience. The ambience was excellent — warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The service was top-notch, and a special mention goes to Sandy, who went above and beyond to take great care of us and even showed us around. Her hospitality really made our visit memorable. We absolutely loved our time at Ramada and would highly recommend it to others!

Great place for a stay of 2/3 days..rooms are old but the management is trying to reserve it at the best they can, floors and bathroom shower curtains needs attention. Breakfast buffet was soo good, service is great, need to mention Mr.John for his personal attention to details.

Good as a budget hotel but too many small things are amiss. - You can only get burning hot water in the showers. Nothing in b/w. - The air conditioning system takes too much time to cool the room. - Room service forgot our entire order once. Also, one of the dishes I had (Mushroom & Cheese Bake) was a bit stale and caused food poisoning. - Packaged juice ("Real Fruit" brand) was present in the breakfast buffet instead of actual fresh fruit juice. - Toiletries were really odd-smelling. I suspect that they just dump in local stuff in branded bottles. Some positives - Staff was good and helpful. - The "Lunch on Cruise" package had good food. - Lakefront rooms have a nice view. - Minibar items were cheap.
