Great value for money! However parking was €20 so factor that in. rooms were clean and spacious. It's located maybe 10 minutes from the airport. Service was professional and good. The parking ticket needs to be validated at the reception - so don't forget to do that. Otherwise can take your car out as many times as you like. The mattress was comfortable and the a/c worked.

Stayed for 6 nights for a training course nearby. This is one of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed at. Not much is nearby, except some grocery stores, a pizzeria and restaurant a short walk away. Everything else if further away, but they have bicycles available. It took me 35 minutes to get to downtown Amsterdam by bike. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are buffets - breakfast was nice but dinner not such a good selection. EDIT: Forgot to mention that the staff are very friendly and approachable.

Very disappointing experience. We had two separate bookings at this hotel: June 21–23 and June 26–28, 2025. Due to a change in our flight schedule, we politely asked to move the first booking one day earlier (June 20–23) and shorten the second one by a day (June 26–27). These were minor, reasonable changes, requested well in advance. Instead of being helpful, the hotel refused to assist and charged us extra, showing zero flexibility or understanding. Now, due to the current situation, our trip has been completely canceled. And honestly, we didn’t even bother reaching out again – because we already know how unhelpful and rigid this place is. This is not how you treat paying guests. We travel a lot, and this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences we've had. Avoid this hotel if you expect even basic flexibility or decent treatment. They only care about money – not about people.
