Ramada by Wyndham Ankara

Staff are great, and they provided me with lots of water which is nice - only down side is rooms are a bit dated and corridor smells of cigarettes a lot - so do some of the rooms. Luckily I asked to change so was fine

The rooms are quite small and feel cramped, making it uncomfortable to stay for long periods. The towels have a strong chlorine smell, which is unpleasant. Additionally, there is no parking available, which can be inconvenient for guests traveling by car. Even the information cards provided in the rooms are outdated, with some dating back to 2018. Overall, the hotel feels old and poorly maintained. In my opinion, a full renovation or even complete reconstruction is necessary to bring it up to modern standards and provide a better experience for guests.

Stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Ankara, and while the location was convenient and the staff were polite and accommodating, the room quality was disappointing. The room was extremely basic, lacking the amenities and level of comfort expected from a hotel of this brand. Furniture and decor seemed outdated, and the room didn’t have the warm, welcoming feel you’d anticipate from a Ramada. It felt more like a budget stay rather than a reputable hotel chain. We expected a more refined experience, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet those expectations. Would recommend for location, but improvements in room quality are definitely needed.
