Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Airport

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were okay and well-maintained. The staff was a bit rude at times, which was a little disappointing. Also, if you need the airport shuttle, you have to let them know in advance

Decent place to stay if you have a long transit while traveling. My family and I stayed here for a 10 hour transit. Shuttle runs ever 30mins, hotel provided decent instructions and the shuttle was bang on time. Hotel has a resturant, McDonald's across the road and some decent looking local restrants within a couple of minute walk from the hotel. Communication with the staff was okay, english was pretty broken but we managed to convey and recieve what we needed. Rooms were clean and what you'd expect. Resturant menu and other information in the room was not avaialble or was not in English. TV worked but had no connectivity to western entertainment platforms such as Netflix etc. Wifi available but didn't work on our phones due to being western devices...I assume. About a 15min shuttle ride both ways and over all good value for money.

The hotel looks good. Because it is near the airport, the sound of the planes is very loud. But the hotel provides earplugs. The bathroom has a lot of leaks. The laundry is written to be finished on the same day if submitted before 10:30. In reality it cannot be done, and you are asked to charge if you want it to be the same day. The receptionist who served was very uninformative and unfriendly. Disappointing!!
