It is an OK experience here. Rooms feel a little stale, but the beds were nice enough. The TV made an odd noise all the time so I just unplugged it. The workout room made an incredible amount of noise, and the lifts were very noisy (which ran all the way through the night).

Best thing about this hotel is it's location, very close to the river coast where you can enjoy some fresh air, go out for a walk/run and there's some nice playgrounds for kids. The hotel itself, disappointing. Outdated, laking maintenance, bad smell across the hallway of the 3rd floor where I stayed. Didn't try the restaurant (opens at 8 PM for dinner). Breakfast was also lacking variety. Staff was OK. Wouldn't stay there again.

Made a reservation here via the app and it wasn't honored. I made it via points but when I arrived there, they let me know they were fully booked and couldn't do much from there. They didn't help me look for another place In a foreign city and they didn't care I paid and spent 30 minute's in a taxi ride just to get there. The entrance of the location looked terrible and they had 1 staff member at the front desk as I waited 20 minutes behind someone just to get additional help regarding a points question I had. Wyndham Diamond Status doesn't do much of anything there or even the phone when I called to discuss my issue.
