I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada by Wyndham Constanta and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating for service. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed, deserving of a solid 4-star rating. It provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Constanta. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities, earning another 4-star rating. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. With a variety of options to choose from, there was something to suit every taste, earning a respectable 4-star rating. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities throughout the hotel. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, deserving of a full 5-star rating. Overall, my experience at Ramada by Wyndham Constanta was outstanding. Clean rooms, very comfortable and great breakfast. Unfortunately the amusement park that is near the hotel is very noisy and all for nothing. The amusement park is unsafe for kids, very dirty and it has old machines and carussels. It cold be a very nice lake view, if that "fun" place would be replaced with a clean green park for example. The hotel is great and the staff very friendly.
Andrea from reception is the best! My room (king room 709) is big and clean. The bed feels nice. I can walk to all facilities like a 24 hour supermarket, rock halle, phoenix, city mall, the beach. Taking a bolt to places is also an option. The lifts are fast. Free, good working wifi. Airco works excellent. The cleaners understood what to do in my room without explaining. My room was not to noisy. Didn't have to use the locker in my room.
