Ramada by Wyndham Dalaman

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada for 2 nights. I found it new,clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish my bed at home was as comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the most complete and varied that I have encountered. I spent an afternoon at poolside which was delightful. There are at least 3 good restaurants within walking distance if you wish to get out about some. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The best ever hotel stay experience. All their staffs are so friendly and welcoming. They help me arrange a dinner after their restaurant closing hours. And also they have really good rooms clean and tidy environments. The manager also really amiable. He treats us really well with his humble hospitality. 10 out of 10 in every side.

We stayed at Ramada Dalaman from July 30 to August 2. Two of our personal items (summer hats) went missing, and we have tried multiple times to contact the hotel by phone and email, but have not received any response. When I called, the staff hung up on me, saying they do not speak English. Our friend called and spoke in Turkish, but the call was redirected three times with no resolution. They eventually promised to call back — but never did. We are actually planning to stay again soon and had hoped to collect the items if the hotel has them, but it’s been disappointing that no one has responded at all. I will update this review depending on whether we hear back and how the situation is handled. PS I am happy to report that the hotel got back to us and they found our belongings. I am thus updating the star rating. We had no problem with the hotel itself, the rooms, the pool, the breakfast were all good.
