I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Hotel Ramada. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and presented beautifully. From starters to dessert, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. A special mention goes to Akash for his outstanding hospitality and service. He was incredibly attentive, courteous, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. His warm and professional attitude truly enhanced our experience. Overall, Hotel Ramada offers excellent food combined with top-notch service — highly recommended!
We had a disappointing experience at this hotel when our brand-new car got dented while being parked by their staff. Despite the car having 360-degree cameras and sensors, it was clear there was careless handling involved. The lack of responsibility and proper response from the hotel made it even worse. For a place that claims to offer quality service, this was completely unacceptable. We won’t be trusting their valet service again.
I visited Ramada recently with my family just for a cup of coffee, expecting a peaceful and welcoming environment. However, a staff member named Mr. Bhagwan was extremely rude and disrespectful to us for no reason at all. We were polite and simply there to relax, but his tone, attitude, and lack of basic courtesy were shocking — especially in a reputed hotel like this. It was embarrassing and upsetting, particularly because I was with my family. Even if someone is not staying at the hotel, every guest deserves to be treated with respect. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Highly disappointed. I hope the management takes note and ensures such staff members are better trained in guest relations.
