It was my first experience at a Ramada Hotel. It was fantastic. The service was excellent, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily by windlass. The reception staff were super friendly and polite. I will definitely book a Ramada Hotel on my next trip. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a great dining experience at the UCCI sushi restaurant! The service was excellent, and the sushi kept coming out quickly with a great variety to choose from. The staff, especially John Paul and Hsu, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were lucky to arrive early and were given seats right near the sushi serving area, which made the experience even better.
