Great Stay, But Be Cautious with Emails I had a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira — the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. However, after my booking and payment were confirmed, I received a suspicious email asking me to re-enter my card details through a link. The email didn’t come from an official Booking.com address, which was concerning. Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it, but I want to remind future guests to be careful and always double-check the sender’s email before providing any personal info. Other than that, everything else was excellent and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham, few weeks ago! The location is perfect — close to shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the staff — extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Special thanks to the front desk team for making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, and the rooftop pool was a relaxing spot after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While there were definitely some positives, a few key issues affected my comfort. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, ensuring the room was well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away and easy access to the airport. However, there were some drawbacks. The water in the bath never got hot enough, which made relaxing difficult. The mattress had noticeable dips on both sides, leaving only the middle somewhat comfortable—this led to lower back pain after sleeping on it. Another frustration was that the room phone wasn’t working, making it impossible to call room service. Despite reporting this issue twice, it was never resolved. Overall, the hotel has good service and cleanliness, but room comfort and maintenance need improvement.
