Nice modern hotel in Erzurum. Perfect breakfast. Very convenient to go in and out of the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The outstanding service of the staff is why I'm giving this Ramada a 5-star review. The very definition of Turkish hospitality is what you will experience when staying here. Our stay was gold level treatment from check-in to check-out. Thank you for the amazing vibe. Definitely coming back!
Even it is situated far from the city center and the ski resort, it is o great location, For me the only minus was the coffee. Great breakfast. The hotel is situated in a quiet area.
