Ramada by Wyndham Fes

I can only imagine the glory of this hotel in its heyday, some 20 years ago. Today, you can hardly call this a three star hotel. It has some services of a 5 star - spa, pool, bellhops - but everything about it seems a little old and past its prime. The rooms are old with various maintenance issues. Bathrooms are stained with drainage issues. The room does not feature a kettle with coffee or tea. Air conditioning never really cools down the room. WiFi is slow and doesn't even reach the rooms. Breakfast is far worse in its offerings and quality than the four star hotels I stayed in Morocco before this one. This isn't a bad place to stay by any means, but don't expect a high-end 5 star experience, because it is far from it.

One of the worse hotel I stayed, other than the overseize bed. The attitude of the reception staff was rude and non responsive, just keep telling you to wait and wait, the bath room doesn't have a proper shower holder on the wall, when the tap was turn on, the shower head fly off the improper holder and hit onto my spouse's head, causing bruise.😮‍💨
