I do NOT recommend this hotel unless you really have no choice according to your budget. Rooms are not clean and the carpet is disgusting. Luckily there was no bed bugs in our room as others said but having that issue as a concern the whole night doesn't worth paying a cheap price at all. So try to search more and find better hotels.

After a long and exhausting 7-hour journey, we arrived expecting a comfortable and restful stay. However, we were extremely disappointed to discover that there was no hot water in the shower—an essential amenity that any guest would reasonably expect. What’s even more concerning is that this issue was not disclosed to us at the time of check-in. In fact, it appears that this information was deliberately withheld, which we find completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we raised the concern during our stay, no one made any effort to address it. Instead of offering any assistance or resolution, we were simply handed an email address and told to send our thoughts there—hardly the kind of response one expects when facing such discomfort. The lack of transparency, the failure to resolve the issue on-site, and the dismissive attitude have left us with a very negative impression.

BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS! We stayed in this hotel in June 2025 – luckily only for two nights, because we wouldn’t have survived longer. After just a few hours in the room, we discovered black bugs crawling over our beds – and biting us! We had bite marks all over our bodies. Even though the reception changed our room, the second one also had bedbugs. The pain, the itching, and the sleepless nights – that’s what we’ll forever associate with this place. To be fair, the hotel did refund our stay, but that doesn’t make up for what we went through. We brought the bedbugs home and had to pay for full disinfection of our apartment – which cost five times more than the hotel stay itself. NEVER AGAIN. This hotel should not accept guests until the infestation is 100% eliminated.
