Clean and comfortable hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was worn down already a bit and had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. It's a bit far off from restaurants and shops. There's a very well equipped Migros supermarket below the hotel. Spa was good.
I am not sure how this is a 5 star hotel. The AC was not working and when I asked their response was that some did work and some did not, the gym smelled like sewer, and the overall experience was garbage. Don't think it has good standards just because it is called ''Ramada''. At best this can be a 2 Star Motel.
I stayed in this ramada gumushane hotel yesterday.the air conditioning was not working.it was terrible because i drove for 6 hours and i stayed all night waking up,it’s horrible stay.what’s more annoying that the stuff called the manager and she just apologized.as it’s enough to apologize while I stayed all night waking up.
