The staff was very helpful and supportive in any of my requests. Very kind and heart warming people. Hotel amenities are good and building is one of best option as infrastructure. Also located in walking distance from good restaurants and mall.
The rooms were very clean. The food was very tasty. The laundry service was great, you got your clothes back clean and ironed within 24 hours. And the best part was the staff, always very polite and helpful. I hope we meet again. Warm greetings from Germany
We travel from Greece for some days to Iskenderun for business purposes and we stay at Ramada with my colleague. The first impression of the hotel was good but in reality the rooms and etc was in bad condition. I put 5 stars only because of the girls like Merve , Gizem and Melike that were all very kind and helpful with us. Their beautiful smile was the only good thing there.
