I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition — the bed was broken, extremely uncomfortable, and clearly not maintained properly. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. What made things worse was their attitude toward guests. Everything comes with an extra charge, even things that are usually considered normal wear and tear. For example, there was a small stain on a towel (accidental), and they charged me $20 for it, which is absolutely unreasonable. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. Staff were not helpful or understanding when I raised concerns — they just kept pointing to hotel policy. It felt like they were more focused on charging extra fees than actually providing service. Overall, I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful place in Istanbul

I stayed at Ramada By Wyndham Istanbul Pera for 3 nights with my partner, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. We had booked a deluxe room but were given a standard room on the first night. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told the hotel was fully booked and promised we would be moved the next day and refunded for the first night. While we were eventually moved to the correct room, the refund never came. I followed up daily, but each time the response was either that the person responsible wasn’t available or that they were “working on it.” On the day of checkout, I insisted once more and was told they would contact me via email — but I was never contacted again. Customer service at reception, especially during the night shift, was shockingly rude and unhelpful. In general, the front desk staff lacked professionalism. The only staff who delivered excellent service were the breakfast and housekeeping teams — they were kind, attentive, and deserve 5 stars. While the hotel’s location is very central and convenient for exploring Istanbul, it comes with a major downside: it is extremely noisy. We could hear everything from outside, making it hard to get a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast itself was disappointing, with limited options and some food items that seemed spoiled. Additionally, the spa area was dirty and moldy — far from what you would expect from a luxury property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone expecting the quality and service promised by a 5-star rating. There are better and more reliable options in Istanbul.

Really bad experience . I never have huge expectations but when I booked a five star hotel I was actually expecting prestige at least a bit. But unfortunately it is not a 5* hotel it’s 2* max . We got scammed on top floor pool while ordering drinks . Breakfast was disgusting and the dining place was too small for every customer. The top floor pool has too little beds and they are mostly taken whole day so don’t even think about resting there . The location is really noisy , parties all night long every night so forget about having good sleep there . Idk what to add more , I just do not recommend if you want to enjoy you vacation in peace… ahh and btw shower gel was missing whole week and it never got filled up 😅 and ofc our room with city view looks like that :
