The rooms are really nice and clean. The staff is also very helpful. The buffet breakfast can improve a little though. Rest everything was great.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing family getaway. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner à la carte options. The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from, and each dish was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, we had a very good experience at Ramada Kapurthala. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and tasty food made our stay memorable. Just got back from what was supposed to be a relaxing stay at Ramada in Jalandhar, and honestly, I'm still frustrated thinking about it. The staff? Completely unwelcoming - like they were doing ME a favor by letting me stay there. Check-in was an absolute nightmare. I show up with my booking confirmation, and the guy at reception just goes "We don't have any update on your booking." Seriously? Instead of helping me sort it out, he made me feel like I was some kind of scammer. The attitude was just... wow. And don't even get me started on checkout - same disorganized mess. The whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. Really hoping they get their act together because right now? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
