Ramada by Wyndham Katra Station Road

I stayed at the Ramada Hotel recently, and overall, it was a really good experience. From the time I arrived, the staff welcomed me nicely and made me feel comfortable right away. Check-in was quick and easy. The people at the reception were polite and helpful—they made sure all my needs were taken care of. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the view from the window was a nice bonus. What really stood out for me was how kind and attentive the staff were. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the front desk, everyone was friendly and always ready to help. I could feel they genuinely cared about making the guests happy.

I am Dr R Narayanan. I came along with a group of 6 people to Katra and stayed in Ramada by Wyndham. This hotel is located conveniently just about 10 minutes druve from.Railway station, Helipad ( for Vaishnodevi darshan) and Baanganga. This is the starting point of 14 km trekking to get the darshan of Maa Vaishnodevi or to get a horse ride or palki) away from the Airport. Our stay was outstanding. Food was great. Hospitality was excellent. Complimentary Breakfast spread was outstanding. The staff of the front desk were good especially Ms Vaishali Sharma. Needless to say that the food was really great and made our stay a very memorable one. Thd restaurant manager Mr Saurabh Sharma is a very kind gentleman and listens to your nedd and delivers. His staff Ms Nirmala and other staff were excellent. Mr Jasbhir the Chef and Mr Rajinder, in room dining were outstanding. We are grateful to them. The hotel staff took care of us really well. Housekeeping was great. Overall I would rate our stay as 5 *. Thanks and regards.
