Good hotel but poorly maintained. Stayed at Ramadan Lahore and while the housekeeping staff were very helpful, the property clearly shows signs of poor maintenance and cost-cutting. The worst part — they shut down the AC in the middle of the night while you’re sleeping. From the day we arrived, we had the same issue every night. Despite requesting a fix daily, it felt like they were just playing games rather than solving the problem. I was also surprised to find a sharp knife placed in the room with fruit. From a guest safety perspective, this is unacceptable and highly dangerous — there should be no way such items are left unsecured in guest rooms. Food was okay, but the taste of Pakistani cuisine was very average and far from authentic. The à la carte lunch menu presentation felt more like being in Casablanca than enjoying a Pakistani dining experience. Overall, a stay with potential but let down by poor upkeep, questionable safety practices, frustrating service issues, and underwhelming food quality.
