Ramada by Wyndham Loutraki Poseidon Resort

Well the 5 stars is because we liked very much the location... It is on a cliff among the trees with a spectacular view. The sea also when you get from the ladder from the pool site is full of marine life and the waters were super clear. We enjoy so much the snorkeling there. The staff also very friendly and helpful.Also so nice the happenings they organize some evenings... Greek night for example was really funny. The food also was really good we liked it. Finally our room although was far was really nice, fully renovated with nice sea view and very good mattress something we appreciated very much. The negatives are that some places are quite dated for e.g. the toilets in the pool always had a bad smell the doors from the changing rooms need to be changed. Also the ladder in the pool should also be changed it is rusted and that is unacceptable. Also unacceptable is the fact that in a country with unnumerous orange trees in the breakfast the juices were for rubbish...just sugar with color and perfume. Also should be placed in some places elevators because it is really exhausting climbing or going from stairs every time you want to go in your room in case you stay on the side rooms.

We visited in August 2022. We stayed in the "Poseidon" part of the hotel (the older one, that's about 4*) The rooms were clean & very nice. Restaurant food was repetitive but pleasant. The beach isn't satisfying, it's small & overcrowded in season. One part of the beach is concreted and the other wasn't entirely prepared for the guests. The surrounding nature is incredible! The view is lovely, and the cats running around the complex made my holiday! Especially the ginger one🐈 (I would genuinely like to know how is he, did he get adopted or still there?)♥️ If you don't rent a car or have one to get out of the Hotel complex you will get bored soon (that was our case). Good for a family vacation.

The kids outdoor playground is dangerous. Why they do not maintain it. What the management is doing?
