Had the best time at this hotel. It was very convenient and definitely made our stay safe and enjoyable. The staff was awesome especially Ahmed Abdul Rehim and Abdul Aziz. They were very professional and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your next visit to Mecca

Had an overall pleasant experience there. The hotel is service is good and rooms are clean. Bit far from Haram, like not walking distance...they have a regular shuttle service but the shuttle will drop to a bus stop and the buses take to the mosque. Not much eating places around.

We stayed here for Hajj. The location of the hotel is bad for Hajj as the hotel shuttle busses are canceled during hajj days and it is near impossible and overpriced to get a taxi there. You end up walking through two foul smelling tunnels to get to and from Kaaba on foot. It’s equally hard to get to Jamarat from the hotel. The food quality is low. They don’t even vacuum the prayer room floors for prayers. A great number of hotel room windows overlook a corridor of noisy outside AC units. And if you get one of these rooms, your view is practically a pile of trash.
