Customer service was great during our stay. The hotel is super clean and functional. Highlight was the food, breakfast and room service were great. I highly recommend this property for business trips to Manaus.
Very nice hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very far from everything. It was very difficult to get Uber to get back to the hotel. If you don't have your own transport, it's not the best option for you.
