Ramada By Wyndham Marcoola Beach

We were in a 2 bedroom unit. It was small but well appointed and clean with a full kitchen, which was wonderful when holidaying with a family of 5. We were disappointed that there were no barbecue facilities at the hotel but there was a large assortment of bikes, pool and beach toys etc available for use.

As a family of four, we have enjoyed our week here in a 2 bedroom apartment. From the pre arrival phone call and help to get groceries to the daily interactions with the reception team (all of them) We enjoyed the pool daily (warm at 28 degrees) and the day spa. Our only negatives were the people constantly smoking below us and the noise from above and below. No reflection on the property as such because many of the apartments are rented out and it is not a smoke free complex. Aside from the stink and coughing and ranch slider doors through the day and night, the resort was good and the beach location is nice. We may stay again but would try to be more specific about requesting a specific room location.

Bit disappointed to be honest. The hotel is extremely dated, I can't recall the last time I stayed at a resort where I had to use a key to enter the room and not a fob. We paid extra for the ocean view room but the floor level we were on you could barely see the ocean through the trees. Room was very small and not what we expected. You can also hear the neighbouring rooms easily! The location is great and underground parking was a nice option but that's about all that was good about the stay here.
