I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always willing to help—whether it was with luggage, room service, or local recommendations. Their warm and professional attitude made my stay even more comfortable. As for the food, it was delicious and well-presented. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, both local and international, and everything tasted fresh. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was equally impressive, with prompt service and flavorful dishes. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and quality dining experience.

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Ramada Neemrana – Not Worth the Price or the Brand My recent stay at Ramada Neemrana was shockingly poor, and certainly not what one would expect from a reputed brand like Ramada. Despite multiple requests, the hotel staff refused to change our room, even though the AC was not working. The front desk receptionist shouted at us when we asked for assistance — a completely unacceptable and unprofessional response. The food was lousy, with barely any options on the menu. Even worse, some of us fell sick after eating at their restaurant, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. As if that wasn't enough, the AC mechanic was sent to fix the unit while we were inside the room, making us sit through the repair for nearly half an hour — no privacy or basic courtesy extended. The hotel itself is in a terrible state, poorly maintained, and far from what’s shown in photos or expected from a Ramada property. Staff behavior was rude and dismissive throughout. I will be filing a consumer complaint, as this experience was not just disappointing but distressing. Avoid this hotel — it’s not worth the money, the stress, or your health. ---
