Ramada by Wyndham Nuernberg Parkhotel

Excellent staff. Enormous daily breakfast and wonderfully accommodating since I am still learning German. Quiet rooms on 1st floor. I would stay again.

We will not come here again. Breakfast was dissapointing, especially if you compare it at the price paid (50 euro for two). The lady at reception was very unfriendly as if she didn't want us to stay here (just your average couple). And the hotel itself has a very bland overall design. The underground garage caused many cars (including ours) to damage their wheels (to narrow curbstones with a sudden turn, which makes almost everyone damage their wheels (we witnessed other people damage their wheels too).

Stayed end of July 2025. Deluxe King Room. Non-smoking. Allegedly. Let’s start with the smell: stale smoke and damp rot on the first floor. This place has “non-smoking” signs in the same way abandoned buildings have “keep out” signs — purely decorative. Room? A museum piece from the Cold War. One set of slippers for two guests. Long black hairs on everything — I'm bald, my wife’s blond. So whose were they? Mattress: torture-grade. Table lamp: can only be turned off by unplugging it. Wi-Fi: slower than dial-up and requires a paper token — no joke. The whole place oozes neglect. Carpet stains, dusty air, and a breakfast that would make a vending machine blush with superiority. Only plus: great location. But so is the dumpster behind a Michelin-star restaurant. Never again.
