Check-in was efficient. Room 205 offered a pleasant, quiet street view with comfortable bedding. Housekeeping service required and initial request, but was provided promptly thereafter. (Based on other reviews yiu need to ask for it) The absence of a self-service ice machine means requests at the often-busy front desk. Breakfast service was consistently good, with prompt replenishment of food and table clearing throughout my eight-night stay. The rooftop pool and fitness center are valuable amenities. A temporary water outage occurred during my stay, which, while not personally disruptive, likely caused significant inconvenience for other guests. Elevator service was intermittently unavailable; although this did not impact my stay on a lower floor, it likely presented major challenges for others. The hotel's response to these operational issues was good. The hotel's location is desirable and secure.

Booked with them through a third party (booking.com). Upon my arrival from the airport they refused to rent me a room. They told me there was “a water filtration system problem “. This may have been true and they proceeded to send me to a sister hotel that was two blocks away. So we walked there and the lady administrator at the sister hotel was extremely rude and also refused to rent me a room …she also told me Ramada didn’t pick up the phone for her when she tried verifying the situation. So I ended up having to book another place independently. Which happened to be more expensive than this Ramada. Unbeknownst to me. I also had to submit the invoice for my stay(to the third party booking.com). At this point now; they are saying that they won’t reimburse me for the difference in prices between this Ramada and the hotel I had to book and stay at independently. Let the buyer beware. Stay away from here if you wish to have a smooth and stress free vacation in Panama City, Panama. ALSO DEFINITELY DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM AS A THIRD PARTY TRAVEL AGENCY. Because they will have you stressed and confused at businesses like this one.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel particularly if you have asthma or allergies as there is a prevalent mold scent throughout the lobby. The room we were given had water damage to the floor and again had a very prevalent mold smell. The location is excellent though.
