Carrie and Peyton helped us check in. They were very nice and very helpful. The room is fine. It's clean, and everything works. There is an ice cream shop located in the building. The young lady who served us was very accommodating. The ice cream was delicious. We were invited to attend a free hot breakfast in the morning, and we plan to!

This is one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. When we checked into our room, there was poop on the toilet handle and basin. We went to reception and the guy there was obviously flustered (he had just zipped past us on a skateboard? scooter? as we were getting our bags) and he said “our housekeeping sucks” multiple times. That is a direct quote. You can imagine how little confidence we had that anything in our room was clean. He also made the excuse that they had to turn down the entire hotel in a day. If this is supposed to be a convention center, how can you handle a convention or any event with a large amount of people? I would never ever stay here again and will avoid Ramadas in the future. Pay the extra $65 and stay at a nicer place. For $100 a night, this was ridiculous and disgusting.

This place is a definite lower choice. I was on the 1st floor, which is in the basement. It's heating is almost nonexistent. The place was freezing and like a dungeon. Decor was early 70's. It had little no redeeming qualities. It's the 1st and last Ramada I'll stay in. It makes the Motel 6 look like the Hilton Gardens.
