A huge balcony terrace in our room, I wish the view were nicer. 1 star off service because the lifts weren't working and we had to use the staff lifts on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, tasted great and good quality. Rooms were very clean, large, good ac and TV hidden in the mirror. Nice shower, slippers included and shampoo and conditioner in the shower is always helpful. Staff were lovely, all round a great stay during a road trip. If you're in the area try to visit the local lake which is stunning.
The hotel is very good if you stay 1 or 2 nights, we went there while being in a trip and we stayed 1 night, the breakfast and dinner had a very good variety, staff were friendly and up to their jobs specially at the reception who were cooperative in changing our room to be closer to the other room where our children stayed in, the rooms are spacious, for king bedrooms 2 beds are put together to form one large bed but keeping matrices of both beds made our sleep a bit uncomfortable due to the little gap between them, but it was ok, the only issue was the elevator was broken for a couple of hours until it was fixed. The location was not that great, but you can find a few restaurants and shops in the area.
Great hotel but needs a facelift. Old and run down. Lifts don't work. Stayed 8 days lift worked 1 time and we got stuck in it
