Ramada by Wyndham Sofia City Center

Burak at check-in was fantastic. The girl who checked me out as well. I love that she referred to me by last name as this is a lot more professional than what was before. Housekeeping has done an exceptionally amazing cleaning. Breakfast was amazing the only one thing was that the manager was talking to the staff a bit rude and this was in front of everyone. Feedback should be given in private and only staff areas not in front of the guests. Overall lovely experience. Wyndham is a good choice here in Sofia.

I really liked the hotel, everything works very well. The staff are super polite. Things are organized. All the rooms are wonderful. There are only two things I dislike: the towels in my room were dirty and the plate rest at breakfast was also dirty. Other than that, I really liked it. The breakfast is good, with options for coffee and small meals, I really liked it.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Ramada Hotel in Sofia. Upon arrival at midnight, there was no welcoming reception or even a glass of water. We were simply handed our room keys. Our room was on the 13th floor, and the furniture was very old. Some rooms had issues with the air conditioning, and others had clogged shower cabins, causing water to pool in the bathrooms. During our stay, we experienced frequent power outages, and on one occasion, there was no water at all. After returning from an outing, the water was brown and dirty. For the last three days, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower properly. Additionally, the pool was closed for repairs during the last five days of our stay, which was very inconvenient since we had children with us. We were not allowed to bring outside food into the lobby and were required to purchase food from the hotel. After 10 PM, the lobby menu was limited to only toast, which was very inconvenient as we had young children and had to go out to buy food after that time. Moreover, the internet frequently disconnected, and the Wi-Fi was weak. The water pressure in the bathrooms was low, making it difficult and time-consuming to wash our hair. The room cleaning was inadequate; they did not vacuum the rooms, only changed towels, did minimal tidying, and the carpets remained dirty. They also did not change the bed linens. Furthermore, the service at the casino was poor. When we ordered food and drinks, the staff often forgot our orders, and there were no smiles or welcoming gestures. The staff's attitude was unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome and as if we were inconveniencing them, despite simply placing orders. Overall, our experience was very negative, and the hotel did not meet our expectations.
