Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City

Had an amazing stay. Thank you to everyone at Ramada for making our holiday so special. Dmitri the hotel manager was very helpful. His service was absolutely fabulous. Staff was always helpful and had a smile on their face. Dmitiri (the hotel manager) even gave us a discount. The pool and spa was excellent. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

This hotel is lovely but the rooms!? my family and I have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and the rooms are lacking in upkeep the carpet are individual squares, and aren't sticking to the floor anymore we tripped so many times on the carpet it's so bad. And you have to keep your key card in the slot to charge your phones or whatever else you want to have plugged in, but at night the lights kinda stay on dimmed, it's very bright when you're trying to stay asleep. Now the good, the restaurant on the 8th floor has a beautiful view and the food is tasty. the service is wonderful. The spa is top notch! Best massage and the pool is very clean. The front desk staff is wonderful and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of options. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you

The stay in this hotel left us with a bitter aftertaste due to unprofessionalism of the hotel stuff. First thing that made us feel disgusting happen soon after checking in: one of the folded bathroom towels was covered in black hair and yellow stains. Both me and my husband are blond. The stuff showed understanding and replaced the towels and complimented us with the free breakfast and bath robes. However, the other disgusting thing expected us, one of the bathrobe was covered in black hair again. Even after that we kept getting issues: I got a black hair inside the broccoli that was served for breakfast. I gave it to a receptionist lady to take away the food. The other issue happen when we were resting half way sleeping in our room and housekeeper disturbed our peace with loud knocking! Even though we put a sign that we don’t need cleaning. Other time they cleaned our room in our absence when we didn’t ask for that! It can’t be more than enough for 4 star hotel, but the further non professionalism and stress expected us even on checking out point. We booked the hotel via booking with a discount price and paid everything while checking in, we had a receipt. However the staff couldn’t find information about that and expected us to pay again, also hold us extra time by calling his colleagues to confirm the payment. For us every minute was essentially important as we were about to sit on the train and could not wait any longer. That delay caused us much stress and left us with total disappointment. I truly believe our stay could be more pleasant, if the stuff of the hotel did their job properly!
